29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) On or about March 19, 2026, at 17381 Twisted Mandarin Alley, lot 336: employees were exposed to a 10' 9" fall hazard while conducting roofing activities on a 6:12 sloped roof, in that, fall protection was not used.  b) On or about March 19, 2026, at 12860 Eureka Lemon Dr, lot 385: employees were exposed to 11'9" to a 25' 8" fall hazard while conducting roofing activities on a 6:12 sloped roof, in that, fall protection was not used.   All Roofs of Florida, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1729900, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04-01-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 897 Point Emerson Blvd., Lot 84, Apopka, FL 32703.
