29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) New residential construction located on Lot #10 at 5739 Sierra Bend Way, Hoschton, GA 30542, Second floor access/ egress point: On or about 3/19/2026 the employer exposed employees to 10-foot, 4-inch fall hazards to the concrete lower level while accessing/egressing the second floor, in that the 9-foot exposed edge at the ladder was not protected with a guardrail system.

29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) New residential construction located on Lot #10 at 5739 Sierra Bend Way, Hoschton, GA 30542: Temporary power service: On or about 3/19/2026, the employer did not ensure that electrical equipment was maintained in a safe condition, in that the cord used with the Jenny air compressor was missing the grounding pin. The damaged cord had not been inspected at the start of the shift and was not removed from service before being provided to employees engaged in framing activities.
