(a) On or about March 19, 2026, at 1793-1797 Cedar Ridge Dr. Slinger, WI 53086, the employer did not ensure employees conducting framing operations, using hand tools and nail guns were wearing eye protection. This exposed the employees to struck by hazards and eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). (a) On or about March 19, 2026, at 1793-1797 Cedar Ridge Dr. Slinger, WI 53086, employees installing sheathing were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet 1 inches from the inside peak to the ground below on the inside of the home. (b) On or about March 19, 2026, at 1793-1797 Cedar Ridge Dr. Slinger, WI 53086, employees installing sheathing were not using fall protection. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet 3 inches from the roof eave to the ground below on the back side of the home. A.M. Sanchez Home Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560830, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 American Eagle Way Slinger, WI 53086.

(a) On or about March 19, 2026, at 1793-1797 Cedar Ridge Dr. Slinger, WI 53086, the employer did not ensure that all employees that were framing a new residential home were trained to recognize fall hazards and how to implement fall protection methods, exposing employees to fall hazards. A.M. Sanchez Home Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560830, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2000 American Eagle Way Slinger, WI 53086.
