29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On or about March 19, 2026, at the residential construction site in the Lot 383: subcontractor/contractor employees were exposed to an approximate 10'-4 '' fall hazard while covering two roof holes with panels on a 3:12 sloped roof, in that, fall protection was not used.   b) On or about March 19, 2026, at the residential construction site in the Lot 324-328: subcontractor/contractor employees were exposed to an approximate 20'-7'' fall hazard while conducting framing activities and installing roof panel on a  4:12 sloped roof, in that, fall protections was not used.   c) On or about March 19, 2026, at the residential construction site in the Lot 385: subcontractor/contractor employees were exposed to an approximate 19'-11'' and 10'-4'' fall hazards while conducting roofing activities on 6:12 and 4:12 sloped roof, in that, fall protections was not used.  d) On or about March 19, 2026, at the residential construction site in the lot 336: subcontractor/contractor employees were exposed to an approximate 10'-10" fall hazard while conducting roofing activities on a 4:12 sloped roof, in that fall protection was not used.
