29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   On or about March 19, 2026, at a residential construction project located at or near 9821 Morning Cloak Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, the employer did not ensure employees working on levels beneath other working framers were protected from impact to the head by dropped objects.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  On or about March 19, 2026, at a residential construction project located at or near 9821 Morning Cloak Drive in Fort Worth, Texas, employees performed framing work from heights of more than 6 feet above lower levels without being protected from falls.  Omar German Cayente was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1786076, Citation number 1, Item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on December 2, 2024 with respect to a workplace located at 6245 Beacon Hill Way in Fort Worth, Texas 76112.
