Employees were exposed in that the employer had not provided training or instructions to employees regarding the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions associated with construction work and the methods to mitigate those hazards, including but not limited to: how and when to use fall protection equipment, safety glasses, hard hats, how to set up and use ladders properly, and hazard communication training.
