Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Commercial building located at 600 Atlanta Hwy., Cumming, GA 30040, Roof: On or about 03/24/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet, 11 inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing activities on a 1/12 pitched roof.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Commercial building located at 600 Atlanta Hwy., Cumming, GA 30040, Roof: On or about 03/24/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet, 11 inches to the lower level. Employees engaged in roofing activities had not been provided with fall protection training to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to follow to minimize those hazards.
