29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): A program was not provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employer: a) Job site 1001 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about March 24, 2026 during masonry repairs, the employer did not ensure a system of hazard identification and abatement was implemented at the job site. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, failing to keep the gate closed on a scissor lift unit.
