29 CFR  1910.141(a)(5): A continuing and effective extermination program was not instituted where rodents, insects, or other vermin were detected:  a) On or about March 26,  2026, inside the store, employees were stocking merchandise where such as but not limited to rodents, rodent droppings and urine were present.  Dolgencorp, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559982, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 8, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 9718 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, TX 78410.
