The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. (a) 1000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054: Employee was exposed to fall hazards while operating an aerial lift roughly 10 feet above the parking lot surface below while repairing an elevated light fixture and not utilizing personal fall arrest system.
