29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) New commercial construction located at 4760 Heliport Way, Cumming, GA 30040: On or about 03/27/2026, employee engaged in metal framing activities using a JLG aerial lift was exposed to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 6 feet to the lower level, in that the required fall arrest system was not used while positioned inside the aerial lift basket.
