29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) New single-family residential construction located on lot #30 Magnolia Villas Cornelia, GA 30531, Back side of structure ground level: On or about 03/19/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that protective headwear was provided to employees engaged in framing activities below other overhead work.

29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  a) New single-family residential construction located on lot #30 Magnolia Villas Cornelia, GA 30531, Back side of structure ground level: On or about 03/19/2026, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards while operating Makita 5007F 7-1/4-inch circular saws, in that the lower guard did not retract immediately after a cut was made as a chock was used to keep the lower guard in the open position.
