29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer did not prevent employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: On the jobsite located at 280 Old State Road in Ellisville, Missouri, employees were not prohibited from working in such proximity to any part of an electrical power distribution line, rated at 12,470 volts phase-to-phase and 7,200 volts phase-to-ground, that the employees could contact the electrical power circuit in the course of work. The employer did not ensure that employees were protected by de?energizing and grounding the circuit, by insulating the lines, or by any other protective means.
