29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Canfield Machine & Tool LLC, 121 Howard Rd., Fulton NY 13069, on or about 5/5/2026; The employer did not conduct a separate periodic inspection of each energy control procedure required by 1910.147(c)(4) to ensure that the energy control procedure was adequate and was being properly implemented by the authorized employee in accordance with the LOTO standard.
