29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1):The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: On or about March 31, 2026, at 2745 N. Ohio St. Wichita, Kansas, in the paint building, employees engaged in spray coating application activities were exposed to pulmonary hazards and/or cardiac stress hazards, in that employees required to use tight fitting respirators have not been provided with a medical evaluation prior to use.
