29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 04/01/2026, at a residential roof project located at 15 Caroline St in Buffalo NY, employees were working on the roof of a two story home. The roof had multiple pitches including an 5 in 12 pitch with an eave height of approximately 16 feet. There was no fall protection in use. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
