29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  (a) On the second floor deck - On or about April 1, 2026, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard, in that employees did not wear eye protective equipment while using pneumatic nail guns.  Framing Construction Group, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576360 , citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 725 McCall Rd., Springfield, GA 31329.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a) On the third floor deck - On or about April 1, 2026, the employer exposed employees to a fall hazard, in that employees did not use fall protection while conducting framing activities with a 25' fall to ground distance.  Framing Construction Group, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576360 , citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 725 McCall Rd., Springfield, GA 31329.
