29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work: (a) Residential structure, north side; On or about March 31, 2026, workers performed roofing activities on the upper and lower roof surfaces in close proximity to the home's energized and exposed electrical service mast and service?drop conductors supplying 120/240?volt power to the residence, creating the potential for inadvertent contact with energized parts.
