29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: A) 210 Husted Avenue, Peekskill - NY: An employee was exposed to head injuries while working below another employee that was working above on the roof. There were also tools and materials that could fall and strike the employee below. The employee on the ground was not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about, April 1st, 2026.
