29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not using electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body to be protected and for the work to be performed: a) Key Plant Machine /Electrical Panel - On or about March 27, 2026, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock and burn hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure employees were provided with electrical protective equipment for specific parts of the body to be protected while employees engaged in servicing the Key Plant machine and accessed the internal wiring of the machine.
