29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). Location - Worksite. On or about April 3, 2026, seven employees were exposed to five fall hazard instances greater than eight feet to greater than 24' feet above lower level. Instance A) An employee transitioning from a ladder greater than 25' feet above lower level with no fall protection. Instance B) An employee standing in-between roof rafters with no fall protection. Employee then climbed up on the rafters to the peak of the roof and sat at the edge of the roof. Instance C) An employee standing on a job made platform greater than 25' feet above lower level with no fall protection. Instance D) Seven employee's were exposed to fall hazards greater than 14' feet above lower level when working at several unprotected window openings with no fall protection. Instance E) Garage/first floor deck to basement. Fall hazard greater than 9' feet to lower level. Instance F) Second floor opening greater than 9' feet above first floor deck. Instance G) Third floor deck to second floor there were two unprotected floor openings greater than 9' feet above lower level.
