Instance B) An employee standing in-between roof rafters with no fall protection. Employee then climbed up on the rafters to the peak of the roof and sat at the edge of the roof.  Instance C) An employee standing on a job made platform greater than 25' feet above lower level with no fall protection.   Instance D) Seven employee's were exposed to fall hazards greater than 14' feet above lower level when working at several unprotected window openings with no fall protection.  Instance E) Garage/first floor deck to basement. Fall hazard greater than 9' feet to lower level.  Instance F) Second floor opening greater than 9' feet above first floor deck.  Instance G) Third floor deck to second floor there were two unprotected floor openings greater than 9' feet above lower level.
