Laundry and housekeeping storage room: On or about April 7, 2026, employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, Keystone Pine Multi-Surfaced Cleaner, Surface Cleaner Sanitizer RTU, CBC Plus and Pro Power Germicidal Ultra Bleach, without proper eye and face protection. Kitchen: On or about April 7, 2026, employees used chemicals such as, but not limited to, Ecolab Kay QSR Degreaser, Keystone Bleach Disinfectant Cleaner, Keystone Multi-Quat Sanitizer and Keystone Oven & Grill Cleaner Aerosol, without proper eye and face protection.
