29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a) New construction located on Lots 106-111 at Jubilee Lane, Braselton, GA 30517, Roof: On or about 04/06/2026, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees using these tools at 150 PSI while engaged in plywood sheathing activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New construction located on Lots 106-111 at Jubilee Lane, Braselton, GA 30517, Roof: On or about 04/06/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of heights of approximately 19-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to workers performing framing and sheathing operations.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  a) New construction located on Lots 106-111 at Jubilee Lane, Braselton, GA 30517, Top plate: On or about 04/06/2026, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet to the lower level. A safe means of access was not provided at a personnel point of access where the elevation change exceeded 19 inches. Employees performing framing work were required to climb the wooden framework to reach the top plates, exposing them to fall hazards.
