29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about 07 April 2026, Rob Hennis Roofing, LLC did not ensure that adequate frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite by a competent persons had occurred at 1731 Discovery Place in Wentzville, MO., thus exposing employees to the following hazards: A) Three employees were exposed to fall hazards while roofing a structure approximately 15 feet above ground level from a 10:12 pitch roof. B) Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using an aluminum portable ladder which was set-up improperly to access and descend from the structures roof.
