29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed  Utulei, Route 001: On or about April 10, 2026, employees improperly exited the trench by leaning a closed A-frame ladder against the sidewall of an excavation.   The Paramount Builders, Limited DBA Paramount Builders, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1643373, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/02/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Nuuli Village, Pago Pago, AS 96799.
