29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1)(i): When the employer had assessed the workplace hazard(s) and determined that hazard(s) were present, the employer did not select and/or use the types of personal protective equipment that would protect the affected employee from the hazards:  a) Kitchen: On March 29th 2026, the employer who had assessed the workplace hazards and determined that hazards were present, did not select and/or use the appropriate eye protection that would protect the affected employees while cleaning  with oven cleaner Easy Off, exposing employees to severe skin burns and eye damage.   b) Kitchen: On March 29th 2026, the employer who had assessed the workplace hazards and determined that hazards were present, did not select and/or use appropriate gloves that would protect the affected employees while cleaning  with oven cleaner Easy Off, exposing employees to severe skin burns and eye damage. 29 CFR  1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Kitchen: On or about 4/08/2026, employees were using corrosive chemicals including: OASIS 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer containing Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, Octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, ethanol, Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, Dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride; No Rinse Alkaline Floor Cleaner containing Monoethanolamine, sodium hydroxide; and Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner containing Dodecylbenzenesulfonic Acid, 2-phenoxyethanol for cleaning.  The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
