29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Kitchen: On or about 4/08/2026, employees were using corrosive chemicals including: OASIS 146 Multi-Quat Sanitizer containing Alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, Octyl decyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, ethanol, Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, Dioctyl dimethyl ammonium chloride; No Rinse Alkaline Floor Cleaner containing Monoethanolamine, sodium hydroxide; and Rapid Multi Surface Disinfectant Cleaner containing Dodecylbenzenesulfonic Acid, 2-phenoxyethanol for cleaning. The employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
