29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: NPS Guildford Courthouse, District Maintenance Shop: On about April 7, 2026, the employer did not ensure sufficient working space of at least 3ft. for a wall mounted disconnect switch and two electrical panels that were blocked by numerous tools such as, but not limited to a saw, a pair of bolt cutters, a shop vac and several pipe wrenches. 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms and walking-working surfaces were not kept clean, orderly and in sanitary condition: a. NPS Guildford Courthouse, District Maintenance Shop: On about April 7, 2026 the employer did not ensure clean and orderly walking working surface areas due to excessive accumulation of clutter such as, but not limited to paint cans, solvents, trash, parts, tools, equipment located in passageways thereby causing potential tripping hazards. b. NPS Guildford Courthouse, District Maintenance Shop: On about April 7, 2026, the employer did not ensure the storage inside and outside and on top of storage cabinets did not accumulate to a point that could contribute to a potential fire due to excessive over accumulation of chemical containers and other products. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
