29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines, whose operation exposes an employee to injury, were not guarded: (a) On and before April 13, 2026, employees were not protected from injury in that PCET-2A3 Fully Automatic Liquid Form Fill & Seal Machine was not adequately guarded and on April 8, 2026 one employee sustained a fingertip amputation while placing hand into the point of operation to unjam a honey packet. This condition exposed employees to laceration and amputation hazards.
