29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. a) Commercial building located at 5065 Piney Grove Road, Cumming, GA 30040, Roof: On or about 04-14-2026, employees engaged in roof cleaning activities had not been provided with a training program to ensure they could recognize the hazards of falling and follow procedures to minimize these hazards working at heights of 18 feet from the lower level.
