29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): The employer did not ensure that only stable or safely arranged loads were handled: A) The Honickman Companies/Pepsi CO./Canada Dry Bottling Co. - On April 10, 2026, on Yukon Avenue (on the roadway outside of Target's loading docks) at Target Store 2873, located at 2873 Richmond Ave., Staten Island, NY 10314, an employee was operating an electric pallet jack while transporting an unstable and improperly stacked load. The load fell from the pallet jack and struck another employee, resulting in injuries. Incident occurred on April 10, 2026
