29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about: April 9, 2026 Location: 28 Lark Ave. White Plains, NY 10607 a) Three workers not utilizing Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS) while on one and two-story roof of a single family residential home. The two-story roof measured approximately 21 feet in height and the one-story roof measured approximately 12 feet in height. Workers exposed to fall hazard.
