29 CFR 926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 35 Euston Road West, MARLTON, NJ 08053: Employee engaged in shutter installation and other related activities was exposed to fall hazards, roughly 10 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working near unprotected edges of the first-floor level roof of a residential structure without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 04/15/2026.
