29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about April 15, 2026, during the installation of framing material at the job site located at 3559 Alder Ave, Uniontown Ohio 44685; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a residential structure were protected from a fall from 18 feet above the ground. The supervisor was on site and working along side the exposed employees. Champion Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) Duty to use fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1816922, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/2025, with respect to a workplace located at 3480 Bushwillow Dr, Green, OH 44232.
