29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): All places of employment shall be kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allows. a) Stock area hallway behind cooler; On or about April 14, 2026 and times prior, employees obtaining items from the stock room were exposed to respiratory and sinus irritation from molded drywall in the stock room due to inadequate housekeeping measures by the employer. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
