29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  On or about April 16, 2026, on the east side of a residential building, employees were not in use of fall protection while performing framing work activities at heights greater than six (6) feet.  DDL Master Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1724021, citation number one, item number one and was affirmed as a final order on August 5, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 9213 Quapaw Creek Trail Oklahoma City, OK. 73160.  DDL Master Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1623668, citation number one, item number one and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 5813 Goldfinger Rd. Mustang, Oklahoma 73064.
