29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a) Intersection of 6st North and Central Ave, Fairfield MT: On or about April 14, 2026, and at times prior, employees of Copper Creek Construction were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet to the ground below while installing siding on to a commercial building from mobile scaffold.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) Intersection of 6st North and Central Ave, Fairfield MT: On or about April 14, 2026, and at times prior, employees of Copper Creek Construction were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet to the ground below while installing siding on to a commercial building.
