29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- 25 Jaeger Ave, Maywood NJ: Employee engaged in roofing activities while positioned on an unprotected framed edge was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25ft to the ground below as personal fall arrest harnesses were donned but not secured via an anchorage line to prevent falls. Condition observed on or about 04/21/2026.
