29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section:   a)  At 12372 Wagner Avenue, Lot 158 Brentwood, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On April 22, 2026; employees engaged in framing activities from a job made scaffold were not protected from falls over 10 feet.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a)  At 12372 Wagner Avenue, Lot 158 Brentwood, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On April 22, 2026; employees operated pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities.  The Francisco Diego Martinez dba Francisco Diego Martinez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(A)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1859141, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 29, 2026, with respect to a workplace located at 12619 Wagner Avenue, Lot 85 Brentwood, Spanish Fort, Alabama.
