29 CFR  1926.100(a): At this job site, employees exposed to possible head injury from falling or flying objects or from impact with hand tools, equipment and building materials during construction operations were not wearing hard hats.  A) 595 Jefferson Ave Elizabeth, NJ 07201 - The employer did not ensure that employees working on the ground wore hard hats while roofing materials and tools were near roof edges. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards from falling objects.   Hazards observed on or about April 24, 2026.  The Many Construction & Improvement LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1805629, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 12, 2026, with respect to a workplace located at 157 Beech St, PATERSON, NJ 07501.

This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approx. 12 feet.   Hazards observed on or about April 24, 2026.
