JFK Airport Terminal 6 construction project: South Front Gate Vestibule a) A flatbed truck driver employee was struck by a unrestrained steel beam approximately 28 feet long that rolled off the trailer; On or about October 31, 2025. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
