29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- 310-316 Parkside Drive, Suffern NY: An employee engaged in chimney repair activities positioned on an unprotected 6 on 12 pitch roof was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 22ft to the asphalt driveway below as a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition noted on or about 04/28/2026 Add Ventures Construction Professionals was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1535109, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 07/08/2024 with respect to a workplace located at 310-316 Parkside Drive, Suffern NY 10901. This citation became a final order on 10/27/2021.
