Employees engaged in residential roofing activities worked at or near the edge at heights greater than 20 feet and used Werner extension ladders for roof access where the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3-feet above the upper landing surface. Violation observed on or about 04/29/2026   Quetzaltenango Construction LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.1053(B)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1742747, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 07/08/2024 with respect to a workplace located at 2 Hillas Lane, Chester NJ 07930. This citation became a final order on 12/05/2025.
