29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Lot #344 at 502 Abbot Rd, Statham, GA 30666, Trusses: On or about May 1, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities.

29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) Lot #344 at 502 Abbot Rd, Statham, GA 30666, Trusses: On or about May 1, 2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the lower level, in that a ladder or other safe means of access was not provided to access/egress the top plate while engaged in framing activities. Employees were required to climb the framed walls to reach the working level.
