29 CFR  1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:  a) On or about May 4, 2026, at the warehouse in the breakroom area: employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards by failing to ensure that each exit sign was not illuminated, thereby increasing the risk of delays and potential exposure during an emergency.
