29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   a- 3212 & 3214 Wesley Avenue, Ocean City NJ - Workers and the company worksite Foreman were exposed to struck by hazards when walking and working beneath two separate worksite pump jack scaffolds, where siding installation was occurring, without head protection. Observed on or about 04/28/26. Condition observed on or about 04/28/26.   b- South Facing, 3212 & 3214 Wesley Avenue, Ocean City NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and a mid rail/screen running along the scaffold's open sides and ends.  Condition observed on or about 04/28/26.
