29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) For the facility at 5900 Mount Olive Road, Polk City, FL 33868, on or about 05/05/2026, the employer exposed employees to potential burn hazards, in that, portable fire extinguishers throughout the facility were not subjected to at least an annual maintenance check. The last time the extinguishers had received a maintenance check was in April of 2025.
