29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Commercial Building: On or about 5/5/2026, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 18-feet to the lower ground level, in that a fall harness lanyard was not provided to employees engaged in installing metal siding on a commercial building while working inside the boom of a JLG 600s Aerial Lift.
