29 CFR 1910.178(g)(2): Battery charging apparatus for industrial trucks located in battery changing and charging installation was not protected from damage by trucks: a) Thomas Scientific, LLC - Charging station area: The facility did not protect the battery charging apparatuses from damage. The original insulation on the charging cables was compromised and improperly repaired with electrical tape, showing visible bulges, observed on or about 05/06/2026.
