29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest equipment. a) 1640 Broadmoor Drive, Billings, MT 59105: On or about May 11, 2026, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15.1 feet to the ground below while applying a weatherproofing liner to a 4:12 pitch commercial roof.
