29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying existing hazards and make corrections to those hazards): a) On or about May 13, 2026 and at times prior, as controlling employer, did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections were conducted of the jobsite so as to ensure that subcontractor employees were protected from hazardous conditions, including but not limited to fall hazards during roofing work.
